Why This Policy Exists
HVAC products are custom-ordered for your specific building and system requirements. Once equipment is ordered, delivered, or installed, it cannot be returned to suppliers or restocked. Additionally, professional HVAC services involve labor, expertise, and time that cannot be undone once completed.
Warranty Protection
While we do not offer returns or exchanges, all products and installations are covered by applicable manufacturer warranties and our labor warranties (see our Warranties page).
