Commercial HVAC Technician
Service, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems — RTUs, VRF, split systems, and boilers — across NYC commercial properties. You'll work on a variety of buildings, from hotels and office towers to retail and industrial facilities.
Key Requirements
- EPA 608 Universal certification required
- 3+ years commercial HVAC service experience
- Strong diagnostic skills on RTUs, VRF, and split systems
- Valid NY driver's license and clean record
- Comfortable with rooftop work and after-hours emergency calls
Field Project Manager
Run commercial HVAC installation and retrofit projects from kickoff through closeout. Coordinate crews, subcontractors, equipment deliveries, and inspections while keeping projects on schedule and on budget for property managers and GCs across NYC.
Key Requirements
- 5+ years HVAC project management experience
- PMP certification preferred
- Strong understanding of NYC DOB permits and inspections
- Experience managing crews of 3–10 on commercial jobs
- Excellent client communication and reporting skills
HVAC Estimator / Sales Engineer
Develop accurate commercial HVAC estimates and proposals for new construction, retrofits, and service contracts. Work directly with property managers, GCs, and engineers to scope projects and win profitable work.
Key Requirements
- 3+ years commercial HVAC estimation experience
- Strong knowledge of RTU, VRF, chiller, and boiler systems
- Ability to read mechanical plans and specs
- Experience with takeoff software and proposal tools
- Consultative sales approach with strong follow-through
